GENERAL

In these Terms and Conditions:

1. Customer means an individual or an organization purchasing a Learn EAS product
2. Learn EAS or LEAS stands for Learn Education Achievement Services, part of the BELVIC Group, registered at International House, 12 Constance Street, London, E16 2DQ.
3. Product refers to one of Learn EAS’s products; either LEAS Institutes or LEAS Certify

Upon placement of an order through Learn EAS, the Customer agrees to accept the Purchase Terms (the Terms and Conditions of a Purchase). 

PLACEMENT OF ORDER

The Customer may order via Learn EAS directly online, by e-mail, via fax or by telephone.

An order summary will be supplied in English.  This can be modified prior to acceptance of the official Customer order.

An order is not legally binding until accepted by Learn EAS.  Acceptance of an order would be dependent on scenarios such as, but not limited to:

• Successful payment
• Good payment history
• Correct and accurate order details

PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Learn EAS quotation prices will be in in US Dollars, Euros or Pounds Sterling.  Similarly, payment will be accepted in US Dollars, Euros or Pounds Sterling.

Prices are subject to change at any time, without prior notification.

Learn EAS accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal payments.  Learn EAS will not take any responsibility for payment failures due to incorrect information provided by the Customer. 

Orders placed by way of a company Purchase Order will require full advance payment via bank transfer prior to the delivery of the Product.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

For delivery of Product via USB, this will be shipped via courier to the shipping address provided by the Customer.

Customers requesting delivery via download will receive a password-protected download link via e-mail.

Learn EAS aims to deliver Products within 5 working days from receipt of order, however will not be liable for failure of delivery outside of the timeframe.

TAXES

Prices quoted do not include any local or country-specific tax or deductions.  The Customer is liable to pay for taxes as appropriate within their registered country. 

COOLING OFF PERIOD AND REFUNDS

Customers have the opportunity to trial any Product on a free-of-charge basis for a limited period to be agreed between Learn EAS and the Customer. 

The Customer may return the Product at any time during this evaluation period. 

Refunds will be at the discretion of Learn EAS and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

EXPORT CONTROL

Some export restrictions do apply and Learn EAS would direct Customers to Export Administration Regulations for the most up-to-date information.

MISCELLANEOUS

No Terms and Conditions, except for those listed above, will be binding upon Learn EAS unless accepted by Learn EAS in written form. 

Purchase Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time by Learn EAS.
