Cancellation Policy

Customers are encouraged to trial LEAS Institutes or LEAS Certify on a free-of-charge basis for an agreed time period. The stipulated time period will be agreed between the customer and Learn EAS.

Such a pilot allows the customer to trial the features and functionality in their own working environment, at their own pace, to fully appreciate and understand all of the benefits first-hand.

During this evaluation period, the customer is welcome to cease using the product and return it at any point.

Once an official order has been placed, accepted and shipped, a subsequent refund would be at the discretion of Learn EAS and would be considered on a case-by-case basis.
