1. Can LEAS products be customized to my requirements ?

Both LEAS Institutes and LEAS Certify are fully customizable.

2. What are the main differences between LEAS Institutes and LEAS Certify ?

3. How can I upload questions to the question bank ?

There are a variety of ways you can upload questions to the question bank.

You can either manually upload or use a predefined Excel template. Alternatively you can ask us to upload for you (as an additional service).

4. Can survey/test questions be weighted ?

There is a wide range of possibilities with regard to question weighting.

5. Can time limits be set ?

There are many options available on time limits. Time can be set per question or over the entire test as a whole.

6. What question limit is in place ?

There are no limits. You can have as many questions as you want per survey. There is also no limit to the number of surveys, tests or exams that can be created within LEAS.

7. Does LEAS contain an invigilator or proctoring module ?

LEAS products include an invigilator (or proctoring) module to prevent any type of dubious performance. Please look at our product information pages to read more.

8. Can I create paper exams or tests using LEAS ?

You can setup your exam, test or survey as per standard procedure and then export to PDF to create printable paper-version tests. You can also print a version with the correct answers attributed to each question to make it easy for the hard copy tests to be marked.

9. Would it be possible for tests to be automatically marked as passed or failed ?

We can set your desired pass mark as appropriate for the test in its entirety. This means an automatic pass or fail grade can be given.

10. Can certificates include an expiry date ?

Expiry dates on certificates are also customizable to suit your specific requirements.

11. Can I analyze test, exam and survey results ?

LEAS products offer a wide range of information analysis. You can track success ratio per question, giving valuable information on which questions users found the easiest or hardest to answer. You will also be able to see which knowledge areas were easiest or hardest for the users. There is also a whole host of other data which can be exported. If you want to find out more, we would be happy to explain in further detail.

12. Can users receive their test score immediately or do they have to wait ?

LEAS products can offer either option dependent on your requirements. Either they can be provided with their score upon completion of the test or you can set the result to be shared at a later time. The choice is yours!

14. What training do you offer ?

We offer different types of training to suit you. Either general telephone or Skype sessions, video training and presentations or tailor-made personal training. This is available at an additional cost so please contact us to find out more.

15. What support is included ?

Upon purchase you will receive one year’s free support and access to free upgrades within that initial 365 day period. Visit our Pricing page to access costs for support after the first year.

Technical:

16. What are the system requirements for installing LEAS products ?

We would recommend a minimum of 2 to 4 virtual CPU cores, 8 GB – 16 GB RAM, 120 GB – 200 GB HDD and a secure network connection. For installing on a small server, we would recommend an extra 4 GB RAM and 50 GB extra disk space.

17. Can I integrate LEAS products with other systems ?

Please speak with us for further information however LEAS can integrate with many systems and services using a number of protocols, eg FTP, API, SSO etc.

18. What are concurrent users ?

Concurrent users are the number of users logged into, and active in, the application at any one time.

19. Can I install LEAS products in a Windows environment ?

As long as you have suitable hypervisor software (eg Oracle, VMWare etc), then LEAS will run on any operating system.

20. How will I receive the LEAS product ?

You can choose to receive the product either via a web link with password protection or by way of a USB stick.

21. What size is the LEAS product application ?

The total size is around 20 GB.

22. Can I run LEAS products on my local network server ?

It can be installed on your premises or on the cloud. This is entirely up to you and dependent on what environment works best for you.

23. Will LEAS products allow exchange of data with other applications ?

You will be able to export data from LEAS products in .csv and .xls formats along with Oracle exports. Further options are available at an additional fee; contact us if you would like to find out more.

24. What security provisions are there ?

25. How many licenses will I get with my purchase ?

You will get one license as standard. For more information on discounts for multiple licenses, please get in touch.

26. What languages are supported within LEAS products ?

All major languages are supported. Other languages can be offered within a 30 day timescale.

27. Are LEAS products available on mobile devices ?

LEAS products are available on desktop, mobile and tablet devices. Android and iOS apps can also be built.

28. Can you explain the workflow of a test – from creation to completion ?
